Welcome to 3DVehicleHub.com (“Platform”, “Marketplace”, “Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing, registering, purchasing, selling products, or otherwise using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of the Platform immediately.
1. Definitions
Platform / Marketplace — the online marketplace operated by 3D Vehicle Hub.
Vendor / Seller — any registered user who uploads and sells digital products through the Marketplace.
Buyer / Customer — any user who purchases products through the Platform.
Digital Product — digital files including, but not limited to: 3D scans, CAD models, STL / Step files, CNC / Laser files, textures, blueprints, photos, reference images, and documentation.
Account — a registered user profile enabling buying or selling goods.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
Ensure that information provided during registration is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform operates as a marketplace connecting independent Vendors with Buyers.
We do not own, review, guarantee accuracy, legality, or quality of Digital Products uploaded by Vendors.
3D Vehicle Hub is not a manufacturer of digital files and does not guarantee fitment, compatibility, or safety for any real-world applications including fabrication, automotive assembly, racing, or modification.
4. Intellectual Property
All Digital Products sold on the Platform are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
Uploading content that you do not own or have rights to distribute is strictly prohibited.
Vendors confirm and warrant that:
They own or have legal distribution rights for every uploaded asset
They are not uploading stolen, reverse-engineered, illegally obtained or copyrighted material without permission
They grant a license to Buyers according to the License Agreement attached to each product
Violation may result in:
Account termination
Removal of products
Legal action from rights holders
5. License to Buyers
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases are licensed, not sold.
The default license granted is Single-User License, non-exclusive, non-transferable:
Buyers may:
Download, modify, and use assets for personal or commercial projects
Use assets in physical prototypes or manufacturing
Buyers may NOT:
Resell, share, distribute, or upload files to any website or marketplace
Include assets in any digital library or collection
Claim ownership or authorship of the original files
Violation will result in account suspension and legal enforcement.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
Upload only original or properly licensed materials
Provide accurate product descriptions
Clearly specify supported formats and intended usage
Manage and respond to customer issues within reasonable time
Vendors are solely responsible for the content they upload and all financial / legal outcomes related to copyright or misuse.
7. Payments & Fees
All payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
The Platform charges a commission on each sale (as stated on the website).
Payouts to Vendors are issued according to:
Chosen payment method
transfer schedule
internal security review
We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of:
suspected fraud or chargebacks
IP violation investigations
dispute resolution process
8. Refunds & Chargebacks
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where:
The Buyer can demonstrate that the file is corrupted and unusable
The delivered content significantly differs from description or previews
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from purchase and are reviewed individually.
9. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
Upload illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing files
Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, hacking or security breach
Circumvent payment systems or licensing mechanisms
Any violation may result in immediate account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused by the use of files, modifications, fabrication or installation on any real vehicle
Loss of profits or business interruption
Inaccurate or incomplete Vendor content
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
User data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
We may store transaction history and product data for fraud prevention and financial reporting.
12. Account Termination
We may terminate accounts without notice for:
Legal violations
Fraud, chargebacks, copyright claims
Abuse of the Platform or harmful behavior
Terminated accounts lose access to purchased content.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
