This Universal License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products sold on 3dvehiclehub.com (“Platform”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital asset, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of License
This Agreement applies to all digital assets, including but not limited to:
- 3D vehicle scans
- 3D models
- 3D print–ready files (STL, STEP, 3MF, etc.)
- CNC / laser cutting files
- Vehicle tuning concepts and design projects
- Any other downloadable digital vehicle-related content
All licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and granted to the original purchaser only.
2. License Types
Each product may be offered under one or more of the following license types.
The applicable license is determined by the option selected at checkout.
2.1 Personal License
For personal, non-commercial use only.
You MAY:
- Use the asset for personal projects
- Modify the asset for personal use
- Render images or videos for non-commercial purposes
You MAY NOT:
- Use the asset commercially
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the asset
- Share or distribute the digital files
- Upload files to public or private platforms
- Use the asset for client work
2.2 Commercial License
For professional and commercial use.
You MAY:
- Use the asset in commercial projects
- Use the asset for client work
- Sell physical products created using the asset
- Use the asset in marketing, advertising, or paid services
- Modify the asset as needed for production
You MAY NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
- Sell the asset as a standalone digital product
- Grant sub-licenses to third parties
2.3 Studio License
For studios, teams, and large-scale production.
You MAY:
- Use the asset in unlimited commercial projects
- Use the asset across a team or organization
- Produce and sell physical products at scale
- Use the asset for OEM, aftermarket, or manufacturing purposes
You MAY NOT:
- Redistribute or resell the digital files
- Make the asset available as a downloadable product
3. Digital File Restrictions (All Licenses)
For all license types, you may NOT:
- Share, gift, or transfer digital files
- Upload files to file-sharing services
- Include files in asset bundles or libraries
- Claim authorship or ownership of the asset
Modified versions of the asset remain subject to this Agreement.
4. Ownership & Copyright
- All assets remain the intellectual property of their original creator (Vendor).
- Purchasing a product grants a license, not ownership.
- 3D Vehicle Hub acts as a marketplace platform and does not claim ownership of vendor content.
5. Disclaimer
All digital assets are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
3D Vehicle Hub and its vendors are not responsible for:
- Fitment issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Print failures or material waste
- Damages resulting from improper use
You are solely responsible for verifying suitability for your intended application.
6. Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in:
- Immediate license termination
- Account suspension
- Removal of access to purchased assets
- Legal action where applicable
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
