This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the 3DVehicleHub.com. (“Marketplace”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
The Marketplace sells digital products, including but not limited to 3D scans, 3D models, CAD files, STL files, CG assets, blueprints, and other downloadable or streaming digital content (“Digital Products”).
By purchasing products on the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.
2. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on the Marketplace are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.
Because digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except in cases described in Section 3.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved under the following conditions:

If you did not receive the download link due to technical issues, contact support within 7 days of purchase and we will resend access.
3.2. Technical Defects
If the product is corrupted, damaged, or fundamentally defective, and the vendor cannot provide a corrected version within 7 business days, we may issue a refund.
3.3. Misrepresentation
If the product significantly differs from the description, preview images, or specifications provided on the product page, you may qualify for a refund after review and investigation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided when:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the product

- You do not have the required software, hardware, or skills to use the product
- The product was downloaded, opened, or partially accessed
- The issue relates to personal preference rather than defects
- You are requesting a refund more than 14 days after purchase

6. Payments, Fees & Chargebacks
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method only.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
- Marketplace transaction fees and payment gateway fees may be non-refundable depending on the processor (Stripe / PayPal / etc.).
7. Vendor-Specific Refund Policies
Some vendors may provide additional guarantees or custom refund rules.
If a vendor policy conflicts with this Marketplace Refund Policy, the stricter rule applies.
8. EU Consumer Rights Notice
Under EU law, digital goods may be refundable within 14 days unless the buyer has accessed or downloaded the product.
