The Marketplace sells digital products, including but not limited to 3D scans, 3D models, CAD files, STL files, CG assets, blueprints, and other downloadable or streaming digital content (“Digital Products”).

2. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on the Marketplace are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Because digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except in cases described in Section 3.

6. Payments, Fees & Chargebacks
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method only.
Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
Marketplace transaction fees and payment gateway fees may be non-refundable depending on the processor (Stripe / PayPal / etc.).
7. Vendor-Specific Refund Policies
